Top 8 DIY Mother’s Day Gifts

Mother’s Day is almost here and if you have yet to grab a gift for Mom consider making her something with your own two hands!  After all nothing says “I love you!” like a handmade gift!

#1: Ipad/Tablet Sleeve

{If she has some type of mobile device like an iPad, tablet, or Kindle you can make this easy protective sleeve for it in no time.}

#2: Fabric “Un-paper” Towels

{A great functional and decorative touch to any mother’s kitchen! Use repurposed fabrics to cut costs.}

#3: Infinity Scarf

{Easy enough for complete sewing beginners to make. Use lightweight cotton jersey and it will be light enough for her to wear now!}

#4: Zippered Box Pouch

{Perfect little gift! Leave it empty or fill it with some goodies. I love these little zippered pouches because you can never have too many of these. Great for makeup, pens, crochet hooks, knitting needles, small sewing kit, etc.}
