• I’m new to sewing. Where should I start?

• I want to buy something from your website? Where do I go?

• I’m having trouble accessing my account. What do I need to do to view the courses I’ve paid for?

• I’ve logged in but I can’t find my courses? Where are they?
– Login here: craftygemini.com/my-account/. Then on your dashboard click on “My Individual Courses.” You will see all the courses you’ve purchased there. Click on the one you want to start viewing the videos. If you don’t see a course you have already paid for please email [email protected]raftygemini.com. We’ll get you squared away ASAP.
• I signed up for a bag club, wallet club, quilt club or organizer club. They are not under “My Individual Courses.” Where are they?
– Login here: craftygemini.com/my-account/. Then on your dashboard click on “My Club Memberships.” You will see all the clubs you’ve purchased there. If you don’t see a club you have already paid for please email [email protected] We’ll get you squared away ASAP.
• I’m unable to find the PDF files that accompany my video course. How can I find them?
– You have a few options:
- Locate your emailed purchase receipt. Please check your inbox for the email address you used to pay for the course. You may need to check if it’s in your spam/junk folder.
- Log in to your account at: https://craftygemini.com/my-account. Then click on “My Orders” it will have your orders and any PDF or digital files accompanying it listed for you to access and download.
- If you are logged in and on the main course page the accompanying PDFs are usually listed at the top of the first video lesson in that course.
• I’m having trouble with video playback when I try to watch the course videos. What can I do to fix this?

• I went to place an order in your shop but the shipping is so expensive. Why is that?
– We ship via USPS or UPS at this time. We do not control or set shipping costs. Our shipping system automates the weight of the package based on what product(s) are purchased. It works well most of the time but sometimes it doesn’t get it right. In those instances we refund any shipping charges beyond our actual costs. We refund the overage and send you an emailed receipt showing the partial refund once your item is shipped. Please contact [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
• I placed an order already. I’m excited to receive it in the mail! How can I track it?
– Log into your account at https://craftygemini.com/my-account/ and click the My Orders link; you should see tracking information when you click on any individual order. If not please email [email protected]
• I’m having trouble with my password.
– Try the reset password link on the www.craftygemini.com/my-account/ page. If you don’t receive an email please email [email protected] with details and we can manually rest it for you.
• Do you ship internationally?
– Yes. When you proceed to the checkout page you can choose your country and enter your address and you will be able to see what the shipping costs to your country will be.
