If you have been following my blog for a while you may have already come across the PDF version of my Grab-N-Go quilted pot holders.
If you are new to my blog then you are in luck because I decided to turn it into a step-by-step video tutorial that is easy to follow for even a beginner sewist.
If you have never quilted anything before this is your chance to quilt a small “quilt sandwich” (as we like to call it) and see that it is not as intimidating as you think it is!
Hope you will consider making these for friends and family… and yourself, of course! The holidays are right around the corner and there is nothing better than a handmade gift!
p.s.- If you make these remember to upload pictures to my Facebook page.

Hi. Cute project I want to make soon. Where did you get the pink birdie fabric from?
Crafty Gemini
Madj: Thanks. The pink birdie fabric is from Heidi Graces Birds Tale fabric line for Joanns Fabrics. Hope that helps. I got it a few years ago but do a search online to see if its still sold.

Thanks for this. Looks like a great little gift!

Thanks Crafty Gemini 🙂
Kentucky Granny
Hello. Love the potholder. I tried to download the .pdf file from scribd and they require you to take a paid membership to download it. Is it available for download anywhere else?
Crafty Gemini
Kentucky Granny: Try it now. I changed it from Scribd to a Google Doc. It should work fine. Let me know, please. :o)
Kentucky Granny
Thanks for changing it. It worked just fine as a Google doc. Thanks for the printed file and for the video tutorial as well.

Great gift idea! I made a sample for myself and find there needs to be more padding for heat protection. I also sewed my pockets down on the outside rather than turning the pockets inside out. I am planning on making quite a few of these for Christmas gifts for my friends! Love to follow your ideas!
