I have a new Sew Along video series for you. This is perfect for boys and men. As a matter of fact, I made some for my husband and son while my son also made several for himself. This is from the Jalie pattern 3669 called Nico. It has the same neckline and shirt but different sleeves lengths- short sleeves, 3/4 sleeves, and long sleeves. You can make this in the sleeve length you like and it is perfect for different seasons. Moreover, this pattern is available in 27 different sizes from boys ages 2 to 13, and men sizes from 34 (XS) to 50 (XXL). Basically, there is a wide variety of sizes to choose from. Then, you can choose from two hem options as well- straight and curved hem. Additionally, you only need 4 pattern pieces to make this.
This pattern requires a four-way stretch fabric that stretches at least a minimum of 40% in both directions. Also, it requires the type of fabric that is light to medium weight like cotton, bamboo, rayon, or polyester knit and most importantly with spandex. And ss for the seam and hem allowances, it is already included in the pattern.
