Weight Loss Wednesday #7- Breakfast meals

I’m back with another Weight Loss Wednesday episode and in this one I’m sharing three of the more common breakfast meals I like to enjoy in the morning.

breakfast yogurt
Plain whole milk yogurt with raw honey, strawberries and chia seeds.
avocado salad
My go-to avocado salad.
