I am back with another cooking tutorial- Easy Roasted Potatoes. Additionally, it is a gluten-free and vegan recipe. This is a quick and easy way on how to season and roast your potatoes. Also, this is a perfect side dish for any meal.
To begin with, I use organic Yukon gold potatoes because I find it to be more buttery. Chop the potato into 1” chunks. You can leave the peeling or not, it’s up to you. Then, drizzle about 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and toss around to coat the potatoes. Now, you can add whatever seasoning you want. In my case, I add 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan sea salt and sprinkle it with some garlic powder. Then, I just spread them on a non-stick cooking sheet. Lastly, bake in the oven at 360 F for about 30-40 minutes. There you go, an easy roasted potatoes recipe that is gluten-free and vegan. Btw, my kids call these french fries.
