If you ever have mini quilts hanging on your walls, then I will share with you an effective way to keep them in place. Here’s how to hang a quilt in a quick, easy, and affordable way. You don’t need a lot to this, just a couple of these materials:
-
- Tagboard/cardboard
- Glue
- Iron and ironing board
- Command strips
Here’s how to do it:
Lay the quilt right side down. Then, cut small squares or rectangles from the cardboard, and glue them into the top corners of the quilt. Iron press to set. Place a command strip on each cardboard. The command strip has two adhesive sides, and one side is designated for the wall. However, if you have a bigger quilt, then it’s better to place the adhesive on four corners. The good thing with these command strips is when you remove it, it doesn’t damage your wall. You only need to pull through the tag where you see a small arrow pointing down, then it peels right off. And as for the cardboard on your quilt, you can just wash the glue away.
