This pattern includes a 4-page long PDF with instructions and template… and 12-minute step-by-step video lesson to walk you through making your first fabric folder quickly and easily.

The pattern document you will download includes a link and password for you to access the video lesson.

Supplies you’ll need for this project:

• Pellon Craft Fuse (or other medium weight fusible interfacing)

• Fabric

• 1/2″- 1″ wide bias binding

• Embroidery floss or perle cotton (or ribbon will work also)

• Two buttons

• Thread

• Hand sewing needle

• Basic sewing supplies & sewing machine

    Love the fabric envelopes. Great clear instructions. Fast to make for last minute gift. I used a snap closure which works well and is fast to apply. At the suggestion of a friend I will also be adding a vinyl pocket on the front to hold a card with the contents on it for those who can use multiple envelopes. Another great project Vanessa, Thank you!!
