It’s really simple. But it’s a great way for some of you beginners to try your hand at an actual quilt top without being overwhelmed trying to make a queen size bed quilt!
It was a lot of fun to design and create so I hope you will have fun making one of these for your house. Or to give as a hostess gift at your next Fourth of July picnic party. I know Independence day is only one week away but this quilt top can be whipped up in a few hours so I encourage you to try it out.
Meanwhile… I’m working on a million other things at once and have not yet made Baby #2 a thing and she is due to arrive in September! I have a lot of work to do this summer… not to mention we are still looking for our farm house to buy.
Here’s my video tutorial on how to make your Fourth of July Table Runner
Have fun and happy quilting!

Excellent tutorial!!!!

Adorable project, Vanessa. Wonderful instructions, as always. Your camera angles make it easy to see. You know just what to say and write out to make us understand. Brava!

This is the first tute of yours I have seen, after hearing you on Pat Sloan’s show. Wow! I’m excited! There are so many more for me to watch! Love this table runner, and your instructions are perfect!
