I just signed up for one of the newest classes- Secrets of Gluten-Free Baking and I’m excited to try my hand at some of these recipes. We are not a gluten-free household but I’m always looking for new recipes to try and vary our diet and it can’t hurt to have a few recipes in my repertoire for when my GF friends come over. I love the Craftsy cooking classes! I can watch them late at night and then try the recipes out the next day for dinner. Currently my two favorite cooking classes are Mexican Street Food: Tacos & Salsas and Vietnamese Classics: Pho, Noodles & Beyond. I am considering signing up for one of the Thai cooking classes but I’m not sure yet. If any of you have enrolled in Thai Cooking Essentials or Everyday Thai Cooking let me know how you like them and if you think it’s worth it. Thanks!
