My baby girl is TWO!

Where has the time gone?! I can’t believe my baby girl is TWO! It feels like just the other day I was laboring while watching myself on this ABC 20/20 special. She was born an hour after the episode finished. Craziness! Luckily we DVR-ed it at home so I could re-watch it because (as you can imagine) I remembered only bits and pieces of it. Ah, the joys of natural birth experiences.

We spent her birthday playing, doing arts & crafts and baking carrot cupcakes. She enjoys helping me make them but I think she was more excited to eat one than anything else!

You may be wondering if I made her birthday headband… it’s super cute, right? Unfortunately, I can’t take credit for it. My mother-in-law sent Allie a birthday box full of goodies and this headband was in it. So cute!

She is definitely our free spirited firecracker and we are blessed to have her!

Happy 2nd birthday, Allie! We love you SO much!
