   I have made over a dozen notebooks. At this point, I can make them with just the printed instructions. The video instructions are very exact and should be watched in their entirety prior to starting the project for the first time. Enjoy!!

   The Zip Pocket Notebook is a great pattern! It is fun, it is so very usable, and easily customized! Learning to make mesh pockets is a revelation and the fact that you have 4 pockets when you are done is very satisfying. This would make a great gift for kids and adults alike, my mom is 80 and wants one to keep her bills organized and another to take to her guild meetings. Highly recommend!

   This super cute Zip Pocket Notebook is so fun to make!! Lots of room for papers, notebooks, pens, pencils, and more! Vanessa’s video course walks you through each step, and she shares tips & tricks along the way! Vanessa’s style of teaching makes it fun to learn! I highly recommend her video courses! 🤩💯

   Loved this project! Vanessa’s teaching style is great for beginners and experienced sewists. Her step by step instructions make this a project anyone with any skill level can complete with ease. This notebook is suitable for all ages and genders. I highly recommend this course.

   I’ve been following Crafty Gemini since 2015 and have taken over 80 of her courses. This Zip Notebook is one of my all time favorites! I have made them for each of my grandchildren and even one for myself. I keep the Crafty Gemini course PDF instructions and templates in mine!
   With the Crafty Gemini’s step by step video instructions you will amaze yourself with your accomplishments. I love being able to stop the videos and replay segments whenever I need a little extra help. And if I don’t make one for awhile, the course is available forever to refresh my memory.

    The Zip Up Notebook is one of my favorite Crafty Gemini projects. It comes together so nicely, it’s such a useful project and it’s so fun to customize. I’ve made about half a dozen already. And you just cannot beat Vanessa’s tutorials. She is a natural teacher, you will learn so much.

    I joined the club especially to make this beautiful notebook! It was such fun to make and very straightforward for a relative newbie to sewing. Vanessa’s teaching is spot on with great tips on getting past the tricky parts so you will have a complete and successful project every time. She explains each step fully so you can’t miss. The videos are clear and fully detailed showing excellent views of the sewing, which some teachers do not show. You can slow down the videos if needed.

    I love mine and making extra because I love the design in different fabrics. It works great with vinyl pockets too and upscales the final look. A winner!

    Vanessa’s Zip Pocket Notebook class and project was so much fun! Her teaching style anticipates my questions before I have them. The notebook was such a different project and not just another bag (though I love all the bags!) Highly recommend!

    The Zip Pocket Notebook is another great course with the Crafty Gemini. Easy to follow and the result is professional quality. Vanessa’s very quick and easy tutorials provide tips and tricks that make the process fun. The notebook really looks nice if you follow her suggestion to handstitch the binding.
