Welcome to the first post for our 2015 Mystery Quilt!
Please watch the video I’ve included here for you. I share details about how the Mystery Quilt project will work and go over fabric options.
I’ve chosen to work with Northcott Fabrics collections. One set of fabrics I’ll be using are from the ColorWorks Premium Solids collection by Northcott Fabrics and the other is called Toscana.
You can see the fabrics a little better in the video. Scroll down to download the PDF with the fabric requirements for the Mystery Quilt. You can print it out and have it with you as you go through your stash or buy new fabric.
Feel free to use fabrics from your stash. This quilt will look great in a variety of fabrics and colors. The unifying factor will be the background so stick to a white, very light cream or a pale gray color fo rthe background and you will be fine regardless of the colors or prints you use for the rest of it.
