Day 12 of 12 Days of Last Minute DIY Gifts- FREE Video Tutorials- Reusable Bowl Covers

reusable fabric bowl cover video tutorial crafty gemini

Day 12 of 12 is finally here! Here is my quick and easy version of making reusable bowl covers. In my video tutorial I walk you through the process of taking measurements of your bowl and how to cut perfect circles out of your fabric to make a custom fit cover. Play around with your fabric circle sizes and make some for different sized bowls. These are great for covering up bowls of food at home or for a potluck dinner party.  I like to use mine at home when I cook a meal and everyone is off doing some farm chores or busy with something else I just keep the bowls out and covered until everyone is ready to eat. I also use it to cover my milking pail now that I’m milking a cow every morning so nothing flies or falls into it as I transport it out to the milk stand. These have so many different uses and will also save you some money on foil and plastic wrap that aren’t as environmentally friendly or pretty! I love making reusable items that feature pretty fabrics from my stash! So, I hope you will enjoy making these too.

Now, enjoy my FREE step-by-step video tutorial on how to make reusable fabric bowl covers! Happy sewing!
